Located just a kilometer from Patong Beach, Buaman Residence is a great choice for travelers who are looking for a relaxed and comfortable stay on Phuket Island. In addition to the popular Patong Beach, the hotel’s guests have easy access to many of the other main attractions, such as the entertainments and vibrant nightlife of Bangla Road, markets and several shopping opportunities.
All the room types at Buaman Residence are spacious and come with air condition. The rooms are well equipped and feature balcony, cable TV, coffee and tea facilities, IDD call, hair dryer and more. The hotel facilities include swimming pool with kids’ pool and pool bar, wireless Internet, fitness center, massage and Spa as well as laundry service. Accommodation and facilities:
Rooms not clean. One room without hot water for days. Extremely bad wifi. Beds much too hard. Breakfast very poor and of low quality. Pans with supposedly hot food served cold. Many people complained about this. Overall impression: Nowhere near 4 star standard! Will definitely not recommend.
Reservation service:
Booking agent would have got a 5 if they had informed us that our original hotel in Bang Tao had their pool renovated during Christmas which forced us to move to Bauman Residence. No compensation what so ever. Not even transport. disappointing indeed.

To bad that a hotel with such nice rooms, gives such a poor service. Check in was far from polite (plain rude!) and the breakfast was one of the worst I have seen. The rooms are very nice, but with this attitude they will never see me back. At check out I was charged for a bottle of whiskey which was opened for sure, but not by me. If you stay here, make sure you check the inventory. I don t know if they forgot to charge the previous guest in this room or that housekeeping used it, but make sure you check everything.(Better not use the hotel at all anyway)

this is the best hotel i ever stay in Thailand as i visit Thailand regularly twice a year it was more than my expectation the front desk was very helpful and good speaking English also the rest of the staff are very polite and helpful the swimming pool is huge with number of Jacuzzi and bar inside the pool the pool timing until 10 pm the hotel condition is excellent i book 3 superior rooms for the hole family it was big enough with big balcony the furniture in very good condition free WiFi patong beech and jungsilon and bangala road all in walking distance i will go back again and strongly recommend this hotel. haroon foolad bahrain

It was a good impress for my staying in Bauman.The location is very closed to Patong Beach and shopping area.Many good seafood restaurants in the back street so that it s better for Chinese people.Of course the the swimming pool is so nice and breakfast is provided many,many choices.Will try to go back agagin.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the kids loved the pool. The location was also good, not too far away from the beach. The breakfast buffet was nice with plenty of selection. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
